Donald Burnham Parsons, Jr. In loving memory of Donald Burnham Parsons, Jr., commander, (Ret.) U.S.C.G. who died February 21, 2011. Don had two sons, Nate of Medford, Massachusetts and Ben who is serving with the U.S. Army in Iraq. His daughter, Heather, was with her father at the time of his passing along with his longtime friend and companion, Evelyn K. Hardy. He is also survived by his brother, Robbie (Lynnda) of Milton, New Hampshire and his sister, Justine (Paul) Boyce of Granby, CT. Don was predeceased by his brother, Alan. A memorial service for Don will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 25, 2011 at the Long Beach Colonial Mortuary, 638 Atlantic Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90802.
